Gerson Hernandez: Conservative Fighter, Family Man, Texan
Gerson Hernandez is a proud Texan who is running to work for North Texas voters as their State Representative for District 105.
A proud son of El Salvadoran immigrants, Gerson understands the lengths parents will go to give their families better opportunities and the chance to live the American Dream. Gerson’s values of faith, positivity, and perseverance, instilled in him by his parents from a young age, have been top of mind for him throughout his life. Although he experienced financial hardships in his childhood, Gerson never lost his belief in the power of his faith and his positivity.
Gerson’s professional life has been built around serving his community through every outlet where he has been called to give back. He is the Founder and Director of Agape Connect, an Irving-based non-profit organization focused on providing resources to those in need. Under Gerson’s leadership, Agape has been able to help hundreds of Texans through programs such as feeding those in need and giving away backpacks and school supplies to Texas students. Ministry has also been important throughout Gerson’s life, and he feels fortunate to continue his ministry today as the Executive Director and Community Outreach Pastor at Templo Christian Agape.
When he is not working to give back to his community, Gerson enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. As a family man, Gerson understands the importance of strong family values.
Gerson is now running to take his experiences to work for North Texans. It would be his greatest honor to represent Texans in District 105 as their new voice in Austin. Gerson humbly asks for your prayers during this campaign and would be honored to be considered for your vote in the upcoming Republican primary election.
